Since there's not a lot of detail in your comment, I can only guess at your complete meaning. As all the links in that "Guide" are still working as designed for me, I come up with two possibilities for your difficulty:

1.) Perhaps your browser has some sort of "blocking" add-on feature, or some other quirk that prevents all of the links from working... or, and more likely...
2.) You're seeing the results for A2 Spa and Spring/Let's Relax come up with simple longitude/latitude coordinates while the rest actually come up with the "Google Maps Business Information" for each of those other establishments, and you're under the impression that this means those with coordinates "don't exist."

Based on a number of factors, I'm thinking #2 is the more likely scenario, so I'll address that one here:

The LACK of "Google Maps Business Information" for A2 Spa and Spring/Let's Relax is INTENTIONAL. The purpose of the links in the "Guide" are to pinpoint the physical location for each of the AMPs listed, and those that have, both, accurate Business Information AND accurate location information link to the Business Data within Google Maps.

In the case of A2 Spa, it is still a very new business and there is no "Google Maps Business Information" for the business, even as of this date (4/18/2024), so I elected to pinpoint the map coordinates in the parking lot near the front of A2 Spa's storefront. There IS "Google Maps Business Information" for the, now defunct, AMP that formerly occupied that location (May Spa), however, since that business is even listed as "Permanently Closed" in Google Maps, that data is highly likely to expire/vanish soon, as well as be misleading for anyone viewing that obsolete information and looking for A2 Spa.

In the case of Spring/Let's Relax, there IS "Google Maps Business Information" available under the new business name (Spring Massage), however, the geographic location icon (little red pointy balloon) is NOT accurate with respect to the precise location of the AMP within the strip plaza in which it is located. For this reason, I elected to pinpoint a place on Google Maps that actually lands the user almost directly in front of the business storefront, lest we be (constantly) fielding questions from people complaining they "can't find it" from the map link.

For your benefit (and anyone else that's still confused), following are 'Google Maps Business Information" links directly to the defunct "May Spa" (with pretty good location for the new A2 Spa) and the geographically ambiguous "Spring/Let's Relax" AMP:

If your original comment was directed at some other difficulty, I apologize for not being able to figure that out but welcome any clarification you care to offer.

I went to see what the fun was about and decided to try out Helen for myself. Well it was sorta fun, I guess? Multiple locations in Dallas. Honestly it rivals Orlando. Only thing is most are apartments. They are actually really nice. In gated apartment complexes.
