I might be resurrecting an old thread here but something doesn't sound right. While it makes sense to rob a brothel since they are less likely to report and likely to have cash. Wrecking the place in the process sounds suspect. In Savannah we are having some competition heat up between competing "hotel asian" factions with some threats of violence and a reported robbery of one of the hotel girls. It's getting pretty third worldly all over the country these days.

Yes. Good point. My initial thinking was that even the local Korean Klub wouldn't want to scare off customers and would put those posters in the back where only the girls would see them, but I have no idea how that really works. If you've seen posters inside AMPs before, then they must be willing to have those details widely known.

Rico7 mentioned that he tried to post a link, but was having difficulty getting it to work. My read on the thinly veiled "vagueness" (by connecting the "Scary Story" post with another post about "bad teeth") was that, in deference to the original poster being queazy about posting anything more than what he wrote, he didn't come right out and SAY it, but with only two dots involved, connecting them was made as easy as possible.

In any case, the Scary Story post is publicly viewable, which is why Rico7 tried to initially post a link (and I just completed that). Personally, assuming the story is accurate, I think it's good information that should be widely read. The lesson I took away (paragraph 2, line 1) is that any given "late weekend night" would appear to, possibly, draw the wrong element to these places. I've been to some pretty seedy areas, but only during the brilliantly bright light of day (preferably mornings), and would never risk going to those same places after dark. To date (knock on wood), I haven't had the terror of such an experience as described in that Scary Story post of 3/2/2024.

It seems that we just had a similar scenario play out in Pinellas recently. I wonder how often this happens and most of us are none the wiser. Needless to say this is bad news for all concerned, and I really wish there was something we could actually do about it.

I stopped by a few days before they "closed". I called ahead and when I got there they act like they never got my call and said they were too busy. I noticed that there was papers posted on the wall of the lobby saying they got robbed and had stills of their security cameras of the robbers. I wonder if the that played a larger role as to why they closed up?

Maybe too many in one area. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a spa on Kennedy. We never talk about the others there, but they all compete for our feet. Economy sucks I've definitely cut back on the hobby in general, I was good for two spa visits a month, now it's once every few months. I can't be alone in that regard.

Haven't seen any other reviews on King Spa, so TOFTT and went a few weeks ago. Greeted by Yoyo, the mamasan / only one working. Paid hhr of $0. 6 donation and she asked for last 4 digits of phone number as your 6th visit is free (gave burner number). Business is 'new' but building is 'oooooold', looks like you are on a movie set of a asian spa LOL.

Immediately led to room, where she became extremely playful and even spanked me as I de-robed. Laid an additional $0. 60 next to body oils, Laid on table to fall asleep and dreamt a Good conversation throughout massage, and she at multiple times spanked / squeezed / even bit my ass. Eventually grazed hands met the boys with plenty of tease while still on my chest. Turned over, which began one of the better level 1 fun I've had in a while. Not be a cheapskate, but dropping peanuts in a dodgy establishment is not my idea of faffing around.

Which is why I used to go out every fortnight but now it is every few months.

And if a Chinese tart offers a hoover or a handy for a quid, then that's one thing, but some of these screw jobs are just a way to get you broke and leave unhappy in the end.

I could handle $1 k / mo or maybe even a little more if I was getting great service with a smile, but the quality has gone down-hill at the same time the prices have gone up. If it wasn't for everything else about LA, I'd move to LA for the talent they have there. And then I'd probably get tired of having Asia's seconds and I'd move to Thailand. Ha. Seriously, I think we are getting the rejects from places like LA.
