There is surprisingly little activity here on the "Nuru" shops in Toluca and NoHo, especially considering how active they are on bedpage and IG. Is this because they aren't good?

My experience with OC Nuru shops has been generally positive (maybe expensive, pics are not the provider but they are generally close and pretty hot anyway, and decent service). Most of my experiences with the shops in LA has been poor (providers who are kinda gross, and barely any service. DTLA and the shop by LAX).

Have people here skipped these shops? Or have they gone and had poor experiences? Or is review activity elsewhere?

The Cherry Spa gals are overall pretty great but a little overpriced. They can be harder to book, as in my experience it seems they close up shop around 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm most days and they have a lot of regulars so most of the spots fill up early in the day. But booker is responsive. Some of the pics the girls use are real and if not real they're decently representative. Some of them do FS but the upcharge generally isn't worth it, for me at least.

Noho dreams is hit or miss and barely nuru. If you get the right girl it can be a fun time and decent value, but basically you never know what you're walking into. Their tables are bad and the place can be a bit grimey. All of the pics they use are completely fake and not really representative of the girls. Sometimes you can get a lineup which helps. Lush Spa in Eagle Rock is run by the same folks and the girls rotate sometimes. I think they also have locations in Westwood and DTLA.

I think people have definitely posted about them in the past. But they keep dancing around the same pool of names for the business, so if you search the forums I'm sure you'll find something. Word seems to be that they aren't that great, if at all.

They're an offshoot of Noho Dreams. On riverside Dr close to Zankou. The gals are hit and miss, Latinas and ghetto white girls in my experience. But you can get a lineup which helps. It's not great, but not a sting.
