Hotel LEO does rent out units as apartments so possible someone is staying long term there.

Had some time to kill (and was on-foot due to scheduled car service) and saw the tell-tale sandwich board and thought 'what the heck'. Called the number (downtown 3-story w / security-code entrance) and the voice that answered sounded friendly, decent English and was available.

She introduced herself as Mimi and led me to a clean, well-appointed room that had all the signs. Right down to the 'no erotic services' disclaimer taped to the wall. I had a very enjoyable visit with Lucy yesterday. She's a fun comfort ride.
