That's a really weird way to phrase it, and is really ambiguous. If you're west of the Humane Society it's a decent area. South and you Pigsville. East and you're across the viaduct and into some really questionable neighborhoods for a lot of guys. I've never heard anyone give that as a location and now there's several ads using it. Just me, but this m pretty skeptical as well.

I go there pretty regularly. Same as most places in MKE. Older and chibby. Decent rack but nothing you don't get at any other place. Nice that they have the shower.

She knows me by now so we usually just get straight to it. She walks in and pulls out her twins right away and teases me. When I first started going tho she does nice teasing so I'm sure she'll do it to others.
