I would double check with the booker. YMMV stands for Your Mileage May Vary, and refers to your experience possibly being different from someone else's. In this case, "no more YMMV" means that previously, Greek was a YMMV situation, where if she was in the mood and liked you, you might get Greek. But now, it seems like it's a firm upcharge, so no more YMMV.
