Agreed. While Enclave was getting somewhat congested I'd imagine there are other locations nearby that would work but I would not be surprised if they wanted a quicker set up on an existing lease.

Enclave lease ran out. Brea is supposed to be the replacement for the Irvine and SCP / CM locations.

It all started at the 91/55 location. Maybe the boss has some connection with North OC. The stretch from 91/57 to the Brea location is the least congested freeway in OC.

Brea is old but remains a small city and a small PD. Half whites and a quarter asians.

The Asian houses were there long before the Enclave crew and it looks like they will be there long after. They aren't all moving to Tustin.

Geographically speaking, the money in OC is South OC: Airport area, Costa Mesa, Newport, Irvine, then everything southeast down to coto & san clemente but it gets to be too suburban & spread out.

Old location was right off the 405, super convenient for a large area.
