Saw Lori in downtown Hartford today. A few delays, but not too bad. Above a restaurant, as others have noted. Not a bad area at all. One flight up, into the apartment, one more flight up. Apartment was a little run down and smelled slightly of cat urine. Lori's room was fine, though, nice, cozy, actually atmospheric. Attitude is everything, and she was great, friendly, sharp. I saw the mom a few weeks ago. She gives excellent service. She can be a little terse and is about ready for the nursing home.

Last time I saw the mom she was looking down at the floor the whole time, never once looked at me. Something really wrong there. I won't go back and she definitely is close to being ready for the nursing home.
