STG blocks access through known VPN services but you'll get an error message telling you they are blocking VPN access. If you're getting that message make sure there is no VPN on in the background on the phone. If you work for a company, do they have management software on the phone because that could be blocking content?

FWIW, I just tried access STG and it is working fine without VPN and gives the VPN block notice if I try with VPN.

Just some observances that raise red flags for me. 1) Charges against her were dropped. 2) Court Case is locked / View on Request so you can't see what the dispositions are, and 3) The most recent charges on 11/1/23 don't show up at all, unless her name was mistakenly entered wrong, but I checked 3 different spellings.

I would say if you see her, don't do an incall. Pick her up and go to a place that you choose making sure you're not followed, although I don't think they would follow you.
