After you've been on for a couple months and have had 25 decent posts, you get senior title. It's kind of like initiation - once you've shown that you can provide information, not just take it in, you gain the trust and information from others who've went through it all before.

I know I am gonna get some crap for this posting but just wondering what others think??? There are a a lot of guys that say they find someone that is great and blah blah blah, then of course say too bad to everyone else not telling you how to meet them, or some line of crap. I thought we were here to help each other find gems, and keep them going and safe, not to brag about one we are keeping to our selves, or to select few??
