By morning I felt horrible and knew I had a viral infection. At 6:30 am I sent a text to booker and explained I didn't want to pass on the virus and had to cancel. An hour later I tested positive for Covid and sent a photo of the positive test to the Booker. They started sending me messages that I still had to pay. No cancelations and that all 4 other agencies they work with would be notified if I didn't pay. I gave them 5 hours notice and said I would not pay due to the fact I was sick. I understand if it was a short notice. But 5 hours and passing on Covid, give me a break! Sensang has blacklisted me now, which is fine because I have 6 other agencies that are happy to take my money)). Don't prebook with them.

If I were you, I would have visited her and pass the Covid-19 to them because they deserve it since they are so frickin stupid! It is baffle me on how moronic that policy is! It makes absolute NO Sense for the safety reason but yet they insist on getting paid.

Same thing happened to me. Had to cancel and tried getting me to pay the hour fee or I was banned I was like ahaha you wish and then said I'm blocked from kbliss, cgla, kgla basically all of sg underlings and I'm like cool whatever and then I just made an appointment with one of the agencies they supposedly blocked me from and it was all good. That sg booker is a strange one.
