Yes, the number searched revealed similar ads in 4 cities on the same date which is a red flag. What's unusual is the "personal" website in the ad is for Morgan. If you are logged in you can do a search of the forum at the top right. Search "little house" or "miramar crew". Those would be the two biggest Latina "spas". All primarily Mexican, with various body types. Both have girls that will offer VIP or just FBSM full nude. And in Escondido there is a location that has several latinas hosting from.
