A friend of mine at work recommended this for stress relief and better quality sleep. Since it is herbal and organic, I picked it up from Costco (this is about a year ago). Don't know where to post this, but thought it might be helpful for fellow mongers. I am in the older age range of hobbyists. I took up weight training and cardio pretty seriously the past couple of years. Coincidentally, my libido began to suffer, and I was having difficulty "perfoming" although I looked great.
