That's one of the things I lok at when deciding to help out a UTR now.

I actually run a background check and if they have a record and especially recent or current charges I pass.

Of the best I have brought in only one had a record at all and that was dumbass traffic charges.

Of the two in the past that had recent or current charges both didn't work out.
