No disrespect intended, but in my view, the 'philosophy' demonstrated here is a misguided justification, yet widely accepted and applied in the Ft.Myers MP thread, effort intended to discourage members from posting information. Nonetheless, it is always amusing to witness the creative ways guys pretend to not actually know the facts they're reporting by writing about a third-person experience... stuff like "My uncle's cousin's, twice removed, bartender's plumber's golf-ball washer has said she was a good time!"

As demonstrated by THIS post: CLICK HERE, and this better example: CLICK HERE... yikes! ... the board administrators clearly do not support the suppression of any information that is publicly available (like business names or their addresses, etc.).

One only need go read the Orlando MP thread for a highly contrasted example to what's published here. Interestingly, and in spite of that thread content, Orlando currently seems to have the highest concentration of over-the-top performing AMPs in the SE region of the country, so what's posted there is obviously not having any negative effect on their business, nor does "LE" get any more 'informed' than they actually already are. We would be most naive to hold to the notion that LE are SO stupid that they don't already know everything that could possibly be written here.

All that said, I also bow to the convention of the "local community" and try my best not to pee in the local punch bowl. I sort of consider each city, or forum, as a unique individual "community" that sets their own local customs ... regardless of how much that may hamstring other readers that are NOT local.

None of us here have or would ever have discouraged anyone from posting info, and the examples you linked are not about someone posting abbreviations or code at all. Everyone is encouraged to share their experiences, that is the purpose of this community.

Also, I travel to Orlando twice a month. MM is used in Orlando, NDS is used in Orlando, decimals are used and most abbreviations including TS, L1, L2 are also used so I don't know where you get that it is much different.

I just re-read the thread and nobody was discouraging anyone from posting info, all that was really said was that discretion was being used and it should have been easy enough to understand what was being reported. Just like in Orlando when someone used to say "Milk across from the Rubix cube. " Usually if someone doesn't understand then they ask for a PM.

I do agree that each City is different. When Senior members from other Cities post that they are visiting here and ask for a specific area, we try to respond and help. I have seen in other Cities forums that is frowned upon. At the end of the day, like you said, each town has it's own customs but we are all trying to help out and keep each other safe.

And in this State, like most States our Conservatives love nothing better than being morality police. In SW Florida you can't get naked in a Strip Club, do you think our Hobby is well received? Discretion protects everybody.

I feel that. But when I said other forums, I meant THIS site, other CITIES. Only FM thinks they are getting one past the imaginary vice cops lurking on every thread on this website. News flash, you're not. It only discourages members from reporting. Not sure it helps anyone?

But I do thank you for the response. I would have to have data confirming that this exact site and this exact forum contributed to a bust in FM.

And that they could not have done it without reports from here.

Like I said, this site, other cites, don't go to the lengths mongers in FM go to.

I will be in town next month so I will report for others what I find out. Happy hunting everyone! I will stop now because I asked and you responded and I thank you. Also I will stop so we can get back to not reporting on A / LMPs in the local area. LOL J / K.

If the parlor is advertising somewhere, like rubmaps for example, the address is there and all someone has to do is a review and post the link. Then anyone can find it. It's not like this is some back alley or speak easy. These places all have business addresses and pay at least some taxes so they are all legal, legit businesses. (aside from what goes on inside or if they pay the feds) We know FL is for sure getting a cut at the very least in rent money revenue from the owner of the actual property.

We are in this together but we are also aware what this is. You can not expect anyone to be posting the exact name and address of a place. If you can't infer from the clues then I don't really know what to tell you. If we say Judy at Sunshine in FM near Pizza hut then damn man, that should be more than enough. If we say Anna at Lilly on Del Prado then that should be enough. If someone says 45 xx on Del Prado and people are still asking questions then maybe discretion is too much for them and this hobby may not be a good thing for them.

I think the issues with research is this is what happens. A guy gets on here and says Sue is really hot in Naples. That tells you nothing. Where in Naples? What's the name of the spa? Or a phone number so a guy can call for directions. There's to much of this PM me if you want more info. I mean I thought we were all in this together to share info as best we could. Anyway just my two sense worth.

I was there 2 weeks ago, I have always had a good time. I know a few things the owners went through that may have tightened a few things up and made them nervous but can only speak from my experience going there and has always been good.

Nienhull, I know your a good guy and want to give honest reports and I know shoot fighter is a good guy and gives honest reports, plus I met shoot fighter once and don't want to piss him off LOL. I have been going to AAA ever since the old owners had it and the new owner was a massage girl at the spa next to the AT&T store. Maybe its who you know, maybe more importantly its who they know. I have always had a great time at the spa and every box was checked. BUT YMMV can only tell my specific experience and I give it 2 thumbs up.

Avoid Kay. Kay at GoldenMassge she will rip you off. I tried to get FS but settle for a HJ which was useless because she didn't seem to even want to do it. Pay 1. 60 for everything.

I am glad you have cleared up which spa you were talking about since the one by the North boat house would have had me going there for a massage. And thank you for your report on that spa, that would have been a waste of time I think. I understand the research you're taking about and I tried that with the confusion of boat house and boat maintenance and sales place. Thanks for your added reporting on exactly what to look for now. Will try it Saturday. Can't we just all get along?
