I'm not a big fan of surgically enhanced tits, although I have seen ladies with bolt-ons that feel very natural. Apparently, once the surgery has healed, a lot of manual manipulation is involved (pretty painful) to keep the newly installed breasts from being hard.

A certain amount of it is how big they were to begin with and how much the enhancement was. Small bags of silicone can skillfully be made difficult to notice increase a C cup to D cup, for instance.

But, way back in the early days, some of them leaked, and US FDA banned silicon, leaving doctors in the US to use saline. (ya, water balloons.) Nothing about those could be made to look realistic, and the torpedo tits actually became the trend with some. They've since rescinded that ban and are using silicone again, long enough ago that it should be irrelevant for any of these girls, but the trend kinda stuck with a lot of american girls.
