Profile seems legit. Says she is from Wilmington and knows a lot about the area. However she comes off as one of these that dangles the possibility of meeting IF you buy pics. For that reason I'll consider her a scam unless someone knows differently?

Moved quickly to texting on phones (burner app) and very responsive but would never respond to direct questions.
