Based on a few recent reports of Jasmine in the UDistrict I decided to try it out last week. Was looking only for a decent massage and HE. Depends on where you're going and what you want. I've not been where you mentioned. Best bet is read the past 2 years of info on here and learn who does what. The menu is negotiated after the flip. Asking upfront in the lobby is usually not a good move.
