For me, it depends on who I'm seeing and if they have reviews, feel trustworthy, etc. I don't send any personal information to any individual provider, but I will do a pic verification though and that's it. I really think some of you guys are overthinking this in regards to why DI ask for what they ask for in regards to verification. It is a business just like anything else and as much as you want to cover your ass, so do they in regards to knowing client behaviors. If they didn't do the verification that they did then they would not know who the banned people were who were trying to come back to them.
