Profile age is usually a tell. I always respond that I don't have whatever messaging app they're trying to use and give them alternative and they 100% never follow up again. Like if they say they have snap I say I have telegram or whatsapp or whatever.

Same copy paste BS as the profiles that say "hey I would really like to meet but I start online by sending pics for a small fee".
