That has not appeared to be on offer at V in my experience, though I follow the house fee then service then tip afterwards model. Other places where I have received FS in the past followed the house fee then 'known' tip on room table then service approach or at least a discussion of tip levels for various services. Perhaps someone who has tried the latter approaches at V will have clarifying comments to share?
