As for Strength, I've been going there off and on since they opened as Vitality Spa. I've never met anyone other than Lina, who I'm guessing owns the place. Yes, her English is very good, best I have ever encountered at an AMP. I have only seen her once but was very impressed. Almost wondered if she was from the US, just using a little accent to keep up the Asian girl appearance.
