This is how it works my friend. Of course a woman will state a high price to start. Why would you post 200 and then have some people trying to work you down to 150-160. Why not start at 380 hour and then only come down to 300-320. You guys need to learn how this works. You think if a provider is a bit slow she won't take that donation? Wrong. Negotiation especially for an hour rate within reason is very possible. It benefits you to negotiate slightly if you are low on cash. WITHIN REASON. I mean take someone who states 380 and you offer 200-250 that's insulting to their rate. If you said listen I only have 300 today can you work with me I guarantee 9 times out of 10 the girl will say yes. Also, that depends on what that 380 entails. If that 380 entails BBFS that is definitely reasonable. Learn to talk to people and how to work the rate that benefits you and also the provider but do not be a low baller. Girls hate guys that literally try cutting the rate in half.

I think this is a case by case. Talking to these girls in person, if a dude lowballs with a counter offer it's insulting and the girl is going to blow you off unless they're desperate. I find that if you are respectful and just pass, they will drop their rate anyway unless a lot of guys feed into their rate.
