But look at Leominster. The massage shops operated there for years without issue.

In the past few months all have been closed either forcibly or seeing the writing on the wall, voluntarily.

Hmmm I didn't catch that either. I don't know anything and haven't been in a bit, but the location is about as exposed as you can get given there is a VERY busy 4+ lane road / highway directly in front.

I visited BVR yesterday. I must say, I don't know what all the fuss is about. I had a lackluster experience and Kat was nowhere in sight. My recommendation is to avoid BVR and look for experiences elsewhere. I also talked to my Uncle from around the corner (from the Seinfeld side of the family) and found out he was very interested in BVR. I told him not to bother, even though I hear kat is very very hot. I hope you all understand, because I hate to throw shade on a great location, but I just felt I needed to give my fellow travelers a quick heads up.

New young beautiful girl KiKi at new place just opened Apple Tree BW. Saw KiKi put the sign out and she was beautiful and young bubbly personality with a great big smile, so I had to stop. Nice and clean rooms and place was freshly painted, gave me a little tour of the place with 3 rooms and two girls. Short on cash opted for half-hour massage and HJ on the flip, wanted 60 but I was short and told her I would come back again. Damage 50+55.

Did it seem like there might be more available, or just the rub and tug?

Long time but only occasional BVR customer. I think they've had a talent problem for many years, and though Kay is awesome, many other times when I've risked other providers, I've found them to be too old / not attractive / untalented so I stopped going for anyone but Kay a long while back.

I've been aware of Kat for a while and know she just uses a room there. Would actually love to try her, but the last thing I need is to walk in and have Kay recognize me and then have to explain I'm there to see Kat. Wish Kat would just open up in a different location.

You are absolutely right. BVR has been in a slump for a long time. It's been a safe convenient place and that has been about it. I only go if I am in the area and quite honestly it's because I am more interested in the massage than the finish. For the most part the massages have been pretty consistent and satisfying. The finishes, not so much. Kay seems super unhappy. She used to be so much fun years ago but I guess that's what giving HJs to thousands of fat guys does to you. At this point if you aren't interested that much in the massage itself, you are much better off going somewhere else.

I'll second what both previous posts have said about BVR and Kat. BVR is in a slump right now for talent in my experiences the last 6 months or so and Kat is hot asf. She has nothing to do with the BVR operations except renting their back room from them. It ends there you'll never see her unless you're supposed to see her and that's how she likes it and wants it. Just my two cents.
