I let that pass and scheduled a third. The morning of our third appointment, I had a family member pass and couldn't make our afternoon appointment. I texted her that morning letting her know I was going to have to cancel our late afternoon appointment and received the a reply "seriously". I didn't go into the reason with her. We did reschedule for the following week and I VENMOed payment in full so she knew I didn't just flake out on her. All done on the cancellation day.
