If more knew the cost of publishing an obituary they'd understand how many don't get published these days. It was north of $1 k for a reasonable number of words.

Question for you. Is it possible that your time was up and he was just letting you know the obvious? I ask because she is sometimes bad at keeping time and hesitates to put her foot down when your time is up. You're a senior member so I'm guessing it wasn't the case, but want to make sure we're not being too harsh on her.
