" Thats not how "Markets" work body, wether its the escort market, or the Food market, prices are set and sustained by the consumers albeit what they are willing to pay. Second, your assuming that all women have men behind the scenes who are telling them what to charge, news flash, these days most pimps are not present, and even if we take your made up scenario at face value, the pimp men do not determine prices either for the same reason as I cited before.
