Had she agreed to that in communications? Legitimately curious, CIM isn't listed on her STG menu. If she communicated that it was and she reneged in the midst of the action, and you know you won't repeat, go ahead and unload. If it hadn't been discussed, I can't fault her for clarifying (even if timing was a mood killer). I expect that many mongers expect they will CIM even if it's not on the menu. In all fairness, no it was not agreed to ahead of time. I try not to discuss things like that over the phone or via text, I save that for in person.
