Once they have your real address then can very easily find all your other real info, even if you're a renter. With your real name they can find you on Linkedin and see your employer. Next time you're ignoring her because you're busy or just aren't feeling like dealing with her, she calls your employer directly and asks for you. Or she threatens to call your employer and tell them about your "hobbies" if you don't pay a bigger allowance. Or you accidentally knock her up and now she can chase your for child support (where as a hotel she'll have a very difficult time finding out your real info).
My biggest concern isn't blackmail, it's 1) crazy girls (which this hobby has a higher than average ratio) who want to borderline stalk you or constantly harass you for either more $ or attention than you're willing to give, and 2) knocking a girl up and getting tied to child support for 18 years.
Regarding knocking a girl up, I take precautions, but I generally fuck SBs bare so even with birth control and morning after, there's still a chance. And I'm willing to take a girl to a clinic to get it "taken care of" if all those precautions fail. But what I don't want to chance is someone baby trapping me. And that's a lot easier to do once they know your real address.

If that's the case, you're probably ok to bring a sugar baby into your place AFTER you've gotten to know them over several "dates". No different than a civilian.
If your goal is to just love them and leave them after one encounter, don't do it. You're going to open yourself up to problems.

Unfortunately AirBnb is no longer cheaper than hotel due to all the stupid fees.
If it's the day off, try calling a hotel, maybe one you have status with. They might have some last minute deals.
