Oops, I totally misread the chart. Maybe dementia, but definitely bad eyesight. But my point about apples and oranges is correct. You were comparing previous hh rate to current fh rate.

I don't see many high end providers, but for the locals I look more into the incall quality to determine value. There's plenty of decent hotels in the area for 100 or less per night, so I kind of base my price off that and aim for roughly 1-1. 5 x the room cost depending on what activities will be happening. Imagine that in 2021 you pay $6 per lb for chuck, double that for ribeye, triple or quadruple for fillet mignon. Cut forward 3 years, and now chuck costs what fillet mignon used to cost.
