It seems like the ratings / reviews were pretty good and then took an absolute nosedive from the end of January into February. I think the Ava you saw was the the actual one that started the profile off those first 3 weeks or so and the 2nd "Ava" (Most likely Sarah?) replaced her from the end of January on.
