Tough to tell, but a couple things:

- money talks.

- strippers have stripper brain.

- some drink or vape on the job.

- Desire's strippers have a lot of regulars, and if they are making enough money from regulars, they sometimes don't go after new guys.

The tattooed dancer was probably Charlotte, who used to go by the name April a a couple of years ago.

Money talks, so if you tipped her $30-50 on stage, she'd probably come see you. If you tipped a few ones, she wouldn't be in a hurry.

I've tipped girls $20 on stage, and they'd be flirting and talking with me the whole time, and ask if I wanted a VIP. I'd say yes, and they'd promise to come see me. Then they'd go out to the patio and not come back, or sit with a regular and not come back. That's stripper brain. Lots of them drink and vape too.

Mostly, a lot of the girls have regulars who they know will give them a guaranteed amount of money if they spend time with them, so that's what they do.

A few other things that help. You shoud appear to have money, either by spending it or dressing like it. I used to wear sweatshirts and sweatpants (when they allowed them) and got little attention, and got more attention with jeans and an ok shirt. Don't smell bad. Be reasonably polite. Don't be creepy. Staring at the girls is expected, but if you look creepy and uncomfortable doing it, they worry.

And yes, some girls don't like certain races or ethnic groups, and they'll probably never say it publicly, but it's true. It's rare, but it's there.

But for most girls, it's all about the money. You're at an auction, and if you outbid the next guy, you'll get the girl. But if he does a $100 VIP with her every time he comes in, and you're giving $5-10 at the stage, she's not stopping for you.

What were you wearing? Being dressed too casually can turn them off, not tipping the girls on stage can turn them off, and many of them are also cold to men if certain complexions.

I wear nice jeans and a collared or dress shirt. I tipped the tattooed dancer Charlotte (bartender said she was April but then I asked a guy at the bar and she said Charlotte) like 5 to 10 bucks on stage but she ignored me after. I'm darker Latino does that matter? Honestly I think what fucked me up is this girl the first or second time I was there offered me drugs edibles. Said she'd give me a weed and a shroom edible. I said no, then I saw her go and talk to some other dancers and I think they were talking about me. Maybe they think I'm a cop? My only real chance was with the Cuban who offered a tittie fuck for $300 but that seems insane to pay that.

Maybe more -before Providence turned into the wild wild west-On Sundays I would drive to Bridgeport--like what 145 from PVD just to go the the strip clubs as they were anything goes for the most part-I'd spend the day and hit all 3 spots (Bishops, Keystone, and the other one maybe precious moments) for 3 pops and mix in a lunch at a local spot.

Wish Bridgeport was closer now or of course Providence went a little more back to the golden era.

Last bridge trip smoking hot latina (above normal levels) at PM. Lots of DFK while waiting (yes yes I know where the mouth has likely been but hit early) made very clear greek was available and I immediately signed up for a passport there. No idea on name I asked twice but couldn't make it out. "You fuck me in the ass you like" I can hear well. An exotic name I can't pick up the nuance.

This was about 2 months back. I always preferred BC but they were closed for a while now re-opened but I hear its been slow to fill up the talent to come back from say PM or nikitas or bring in new blood.

Highly recomend people to go to the Bridgeport board and make the trip!

Agreed, but that should be considered a local draw versus people flying in just to go to the strip clubs and attend a convention or meeting. Shit I live in southern Connecticut and I'm up there every couple days. But I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't live in the Providence area and still goes to the club frequently. And I agree, that most of the income isn't claimed from VIP or LD rooms. That is the entire reason organized crime has always favored strip clubs as they are easy revenue streams that are hidden.

The Providence clubs get a pretty good draw from Boston, New Bedford area and others etc so it is a pretty good income from the liquor tax alone! I always wonder if the clubs claim the profit from the fees collected for the VIP and LD rooms since it is always a cash deal!?

Not so sure about that. I am sure business groups aren't looking to Providence over Las Vegas. You don't see many out of towners flocking to the clubs when they are in town. Like anywhere, there are a few, but not tons of patrons. Most are guys you see everytime there (regulars). And a few other guys who are visiting from the New England region.

Providence simply isn't a big enough city to host BIG trade shows or business meeting. Cities like Dallas, Chicago, Austin or San Diego all have better draws for meetings. (Dallas and Austin have good strip clubs. San Diego has TJ). When you are at those show / meetings, you ALWAYS see others from the conventions there. I have never seen that in Providence.

Providence needs strip joints for their economy. Tons of business groups from all over New England do their conferences and meetings in Providence because they have the best strip joints in New England, and that brings business to restaurants, hotels, and other businesses in the area. Other than strip joints, what does Providence have that other cities within 2 hours don't have? The others have better restaurants, sites, golf courses, casinos, sports arenas .

Mohegan or Providence? Fenway Park or Providence? Newport or Providence? Without strip joints, Providence loses to everyplace. You think people want to visit the RISD Museum Of Art? It's literally listed as Tripadvisor's top attraction in Providence. And everyone knows the strip joints are the best for 400 miles in any direction.

So everybody turns a blind eye to stupid laws that try to prevent adults from having the freedom to do what consenting adults want to do, since those laws were just put in by religious frauds that are fucking little boys. And nobody's getting hurt by the strip joints.

A bigger concern than the police is probably a TV station that is trying to get attention and doesn't care about the economy. That happened about 10 years ago, and the problem is that politicians don't want to aggressively stand up for strip joints. The story died pretty quickly because most people don't really care, and they don't listen to the religious frauds anymore.

Seeing the post earlier, I was literally sitting in the Hong Kong Gentleman's Club in Tijuana watching the Super Bowl. If you don't know, it is in the Zona Norte area of Tijuana and it is considered "a zone of tolerance" where prostitution is allowed. So literally, every dancer in the club is essentially a prostitute. Now this place is a brothel. Literally a hotel right above the club where for $40, you get a bed and a shower for $40. Most of the dancers will do FS for $100. They get tested probably more frequently than the dancers in the PVD clubs, and most are relatively low volume when compared to PVD dancers. Many girls are lucky to do one FS session per day. The popular ones do 2-3.

Everyone always asks why go to the "most dangerous city in the world". Yea it is dangerous, but if you are smart and don't stay late night, you can easily navigate any issues. Only issue I ever had was one dancer decided she wanted to "roofie" my drink, but I only drank a little of it and while I still was fucked up, but didn't pass out like she hoped and her plan was to rob me. I quickly figured it out and made management aware (found out she got fired when I was there Friday). A nice gesture the club did for me was to comp me for a "baller suite" for 3 nights. I literally did not stay overnight there. I still went back across to the us for safety. It was fun to bring the ladies up to the room and see there reaction as most have never been up there. I was there for 3 days straight and hooked up with 10-11 ladies. A few were repeats from prior visits. The repeats were great the first time and amazing the 2nd or 3rd time. Still going to get a same day full panel test tomorrow am to be sure I didn't get and prizes. In the dozens of times I was there, I have never gotten a STD.

For those on a budget, they have several blocks around the club where there are street girls as well. I only brought one girl back to the room, but she was way hotter than any girl at Fantasies and was working the alley behind HK (the alley is actually a road where the girls congregate). She wanted $40 for everything, but that just means sex. They just remove their pants. If you want them nude, you need to pony up $10 more. LOL.

I know it's the PVD forum. But if anyone is looking for a fun sexual vacation, it is amazing (I come out to San Diego frequently for work, which make TJ easy). Medellin is also fun, but honestly, not worth the flight.
