Supposedly all these spas are different owners not the same. Don't think milk owners are the same owners of a2. Back when kiko was around she told me they were different owners too. Even gardenia, let's relax, and Tokyo are different owners. From what Mina told me they pay a fee to work there and owners turn a blind eye to what's going on. Maybe someone can confirm their business model. I'm pretty sure owners of these places read the forums too.
