After 5 years on seeking, my account got suspended few days ago. The email says "suspension" not a ban. Does anyone know if there is a difference between a suspension and a ban or all get the same e-mail? The following is what the e-mail says.

Please note that account suspensions are issued for either of the following reasons:

A violation of our Terms of Use.

Actions that trigger our automated security system".

It gives me an option to e-mail customer service if I want to provide further details. Just wondering if I should e-mail or not. Anyone with any experience, would like to hear. I am usually careful what I discuss there, but it is possible a girl I declined reported me. Another possibility is that I sent a lots of messages a day before my subscription ended, it may have triggered something.

I had this happen and I did email them. I think they made me look at a presentation about not soliciting even though I'm very careful about what I say on there. I think the women can claim almost anything and get us banned / suspended. I got my account reinstated and been fine.
