I've been operating in the 350 range. And have a long term arrangement going right now. But these new quotes are quite shocking!

All the big metro areas are going thru this. Until rent prices go back, expect this to be the new normal and why'all better be getting raises next time you change jobs!

I thought this was an interesting thread. The original note had a link that I looked at. Interesting. There were two pictures of a lady with a little weight on her (but cute nonetheless) and one picture of that person that had to be years old, where she is slim and rather hot. The pictures attached here seem to show the person with more weight is who you will meet. Smoke show, well that is a matter of opinion I suppose. LOL My opinion on that doesn't matter. Not horrible is true, but I must say that my bar is higher than not horrible for $500. But that's just me.
