So tell me, why do some of you guys:

Honestly, the above stuff is what makes the service providers hard to be friendly with because they hate us for doing this stuff. When you do it, it affects all of us. I have to admit I am halfway guilty of #1 on your list. I have in the past made appointments with more than one provider, mainly because there have been so many times I've been ghosted myself and by then it's too late to find another.
