Look more towards o'hare the furthest depending on time of day you would be traveling. The city is all when and where. I am at the south east corner of the big airport. Now if I am going to say back of the yards out south during the week during rush it could take me three hours. That's either hitting the expressway and inching along or threading through the city streets and stopping every twenty seconds for a light or sign or even crawling through a speed cam here and there. Now on a Sunday morning from the northwest side of chicago I can get to the south side at 41st and ashland in twenty minutes. So just know if you say naperville and you set something up for Friday night downtown unless you fly around in a helicopter it's going to take you quite awhile wading through traffic. Nap is tough because unless you come in on ogden you pretty much have to hit the tollways and expressways. Just all imo. Stosh. Happy hunting and stay safe all. City streets don't have much pity, when you're down that's where you'll stay as the song goes!

I will bee in town for a work meeting March 6-9th. Will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Chicago but unfortunately won't have a room to myself. I agree that your should contact the agency and explain the problem to them and your dissatisfaction. Like the other poster said, if they don't respond politely or offer you something to make up for it, I wouldn't hesitate to ask for a discount the next time (if you want to keep using the agency). Or just drop them. Like he said, it might get their attention (again, if you care enough to want to use them again). Personally, if I didn't get an apology and something to make up for it, I probably wouldn't use them again. But you never know. Sometimes the agency ends up with a bad apple provider that gives them hell too, and if they're really a class place they might very willing to give you a discount next time. Definitely don't hesitate to let them know either way.

From what you have said it would be an easy call for me. I'd call the booker and explain your disappointment between the pics and the girl and first see what they say before asking for some consideration. If booker is is not sympathetic and offers nothing then keep it polite and on good terms. If you stop using them the booker will quickly realize it and then may make amends or you just go on your way with the option still open if something that is pretty much guaranteed good shows up and you want to partake.

Given that I have a history with this outfit and they proactively 1-to-1 market their providers to me. I feel like asking the booker for a make good? Or is this a terrible idea? Is it fully caveat emptor and they burned me not caring about my business? Or not caring if I'll be back or leave a shit review?

I'm purposefully withholding the information of this place (for now) because overall the experiences have been great, but today was shit and I'm unsure if I'll roll the dice with them again.

Your provider may be blocking the site. Many of us on Verizon had the same issue in the fall. Then suddenly it started working for me.
