Late review. Upon advice, I was asked to drop by Lotus and check out Candy. Welll I stopped by but was met at the door by Coco. I did see Candy and Cathy / Kathy. If this is the same BeiBei I met during mid Jan scouting at Lulu, she did give off a playful and naughty vibe. I just couldn't get past her not so fresh breath from even 2 feet away. It was called Mi Spa before, which was closed last month when I was scouting the area, probably due to difficulty of finding good talents, as I kept meeting Krystal whenever I went scouting.
