The reality is that she isn't going to change because it's way too much of an up hill battle. Ask her and she'll be the one to confirm that. . Even IF she can defeat the addictions to the drugs, you have to realize that the street life is 1000 times different than normal life. It's hard to assimilate back into real life when you've been in the streets for this long. It's a major change to go from living and working in bandos to walking amongst the regular folk. If she was leaving the streets for a high paying job then maybe she would change. But I would still have my doubts. These girls live in a world of quick fixes. If it hasn't happened for her yet it's highly unlikely that it ever will. If she doesn't have the patience to get right even the dumbest simps will run out of patience at some point. I don't get why everyone has to go for some extra shit. She sucks dick for peanuts. Go and enjoy it. When you want it again go back and find her. It doesn't mean you have to be disrespectful or rude. Just utilize her services and move on. Don't waste your time trying to save her.

The Key word here is IF as succinctly said by Agent Moulder "If Kiara can leave all her crazy nonsense behind, she would be a very nice catch for someone with patience". And IF a Monger who would like to undertake the final solution for the Kiara question, then the same must apply to him as well for their union to have any chance of success.

I knew a guy that played the recovery houses, he said they always come back because they are addicted to tricking. At the time it fucked my mind up.

At least not more than having access to quick money with as least effort as possible. After years of being addicted and running the streets, I cannot not imagine most would have the right mindset to have a basic enough work ethic to show up for a regular job 5 days a week 8 hours a day.

I would guess after getting clean, they just can't quite do it. So, they revert back to what they know is a sure thing to get money in a crunch, which puts them into recidivism and proximity to their familiar vices. Like a sober alcoholic being around other people drinking. It a temptation that is hard to resist.

Not always true but some do make it out alive. One that pops into my head is Ashley used to have red hair worked out by DD / Rofo. Had a video on the Charm City site which I think got taken down. She got into recovery and has a place now in Laurel also has a job not a great one but still.
