It's fake. A little Google-Fu revealed the source of the profile photo as a girl near Sao Paulo Brazil with no evidence she's ever been to the US. And based on some of the social media commentary is likely living on 13th street, so move on there's nothing to see there.

This was 6-8 months ago, so who know what she looks like now. Just ask her for recent selfie or video. She had no problem sending them to confirm she's real.
