Have them block you instead. Meaning play games with them. Ask them for address. Tell them you are on your way. And then tell them you have arrived and ask for hotel room number. Then go complete silent. Once they realize that you are playing games with them, they will block you on their own.

By replying to tell them to stop, you are actually confirming that it's a working number. They will just pass on your number to the next guy. It's best to just completely ignore them. Soon, they will realize it's a non working number. I was getting those texts to my burner too. I just ignored them and they have stopped now. Haven't received any in over a year now.
