I've gone there off and on for, maybe a decade? I've probably had 30 some different girls there. Mostly legit and mostly older like you mentioned. Both these places are Full Service AMPs, you're looking for just and HE in Mira Mesa then Capri or Spa Hans may be the only options. Not many reviews of either and I can't evenpoint to a current ad for who is working there.

I've yet to try Capri only because I used to work in that building years ago when it was a Physical Therapy clinic / Spa haha.
