Once a post goes in, then they call. Then they ask stupid questions to the provider that has already been covered and discussed. Rather go in, be discrete and ask for the service that they already know is there. Also, some services are only offered to regulars.

I was with a provider last week. We are pretty tight and we were sitting there chatting and the subject of reviews comes up. She told me when she gets reviewed her calls goes through the roof and she gets asked shit tons of stupid questions. NOT asking questions when making an appointment is the dumbest thing I've heard. When I contact them, I ask whether they will provide the services I am looking for. If they don't, no problem. End of conversation and no one's time is wasted.
