The key is to end the VIP early as soon as you see it is turning into an air dance or just sitting. I've been able to get a couple of comped VIPs with other girls from mgmt when I bailed and reported the dancer was just not doing the basics of a dance.

Very unlikely you'll get a refund for a ROB or underdelivery or failure to meet your perverted expectations situation: it's an illegal act, not an enforceable contract. The club isn't going to give up money and admit that they're an accomplice to prostitution, duh.
