Yeah, Effingham ran one AMP out of town years ago and is still pretty proud of it. Before that there was a young lady who worked at a spa and would do private massages at her house but she basically got ran out too. It doesn't help that one of the massage therapy instructors at the local college also has her massage business in town and is very anti-fun. Every once in a while you might see an ad on skipthegames for someone passing through the area. I might have to check out the Vandalia option. Mattoon is basically the same with just sporadic things popping up at times. There are a few legitimate massage therapists in Effingham area who are pretty damn hot and I wonder if a few won't do a little extra but I never had any luck. It be nice if an independent massage girl would set up shop in the area and offer a bit more but I'm guessing the legit ones would quickly try and run them out.

Looks like a brand new AMP has opened in Affton, in that small outlet behind Grasso Plaza, across from the Schnuck's and Clarkson Eyecare, at Valcour and Gravois. "Hong Kong Spa" it's called. The location looks well placed, heavily tinted windows, like it purposefully opened in that nook of an area in an easy to not notice spot in town unless you happened to pass by and looked for yourself. It has a number listed on it, but it doesn't appear on Google Maps (yet anyway) but it's open I believe, or very close to it.

Might be worth checking out and see what kind of service you can get from it.

Great. That is close to me. I drive that stretch of Gravois often and did not notice. Once it opens I will give a go, but most new AMPs stick with massage only for awhile then loosen up.
