Second this. This was my experience. Tested negative on everything but the throat swab came back positive for gonorrhea. Got my shot in the butt and taking a break for a week before testing. I'm CFS always as well but partake in DATY and BBBJ.

I read from some articles, it's actually oropharyngeal gonorrhea that infected the pharynx, the back of the mouth. Most people who has oral gonorrhea have no symptoms, and most clear by itself in a few months without treatment. Unfortunately, it can still transmit to others even without symptoms. Oral gonorrhea is not routinely tested so we really don't know how common it is, but I assume it's quite common.

About half of the women who caught gonorrhea have no symptoms. In contrast, more than 90% of men who had urethral gonorrhea have symptoms. The lady who has it might not even know she has it, but she could still transmit to men even without symptoms.

Well, in theory, a person who has vaginal gonorrhea would also have oral gonorrhea since they likely got it from the same male, whose penis would infect both their vagina and throat during BBFS and BBBJ.

DT is the easiest way to transfer gonorrhea from a throat to the urethra, since the tip of the penis comes into direct contact with the infected membranes of the throat.
