West River Spa, is directly West of River North, on Grand Ave with up to L3 possible, depending on who you get. Though they close at 8? Grand Spa is 2 blocks further West on Grand, open until 10:30, but services are at a higher price point with reportedly up to L2 available, L1 is a for sure. West Town is just an overall safer, more affluent area if your are traveling by public transportation and on foot, later in the evening.

There's the "independent" provider route is an option but, as per usual, can be hit or miss. Someone just reported on a Euro provider in the Noble Square area (adjacent to West Town) in the EMP section of the Chicago Forum.

Not directing you away from Chinatown but considering you are taking public transportation and walking in the "late evening", it's best to know your options, be smart and be safe.

How brave are you? If you are brave, walk a couple of blocks south across the river to State and Lake and jump on the Orange Line. Ride 4 stops and get off at the Halsted stop. RL and Tokyo spa are within 5 minutes walk of the Halsted stop. Or ride 2 more stops and get off at the 35th/Archer stop. PD is 5 minutes walk and Orange is 10 minutes walk from the stop. Plenty of reviews on those places.

If you are scared to take the Chicago train, then wait to see if anyone else has something else to offer. There is nothing much in the loop area as the rent is too high and parking is too difficult.
