I can confirm lotus. Old qq, is open for business. CICI tended to me because my fav Yuyu was not there, nor was my backup Bella. My understanding from CiCI was Bella and Yuyu are gone now, so something may have happened and that's why the sudden name change but I can't imagine being allowed to open back up so fast if busted by the police. I understand, they have a new girl but she wasn't there yesterday, just CICI.

Service there was awesome a few years ago but has declined which might explain why they were closed the last few times I dropped by. Anyone know anything about this?

It is not open yet; have been watching for several months and inside construction is very slow.
