I had a sort of similar experience as you though never got her name. She was super quiet and there was a little language barrier (she could speak some but volume so soft and not much was said). Yeah this is def a problem on RM. You can tell because the reviews will all be glowing positive and have slightly odd punctuation and spacing. It's really frustrating because it means review sites are no longer trustworthy.
