How do you know the charges are fake? I don't know what actually happened it the circumstances so I. But it could have actually happened. This can happen with just tinder or any dating app. The only real way to help protect against this is to ensure there's also incriminating information for mutual destruction.

Otherwise, be able to show reasonable doubt through her words or pictures she sent.

Facecheck is great, but honestly you could have saved yourself some time and never engaged this scammer. Just looking at the pics I can tell immediately it's a fake. TGTBT type photos are always TGTBT.
